Training Course

This is a one day course delivered in two, three hour sessions via Teams or Zoom.  

The training is delivered just as it would be face to face with flip chart interaction, exercises and a delegate workbook.  

Objectives

To assist the delegates to find new employment from the initial assessment of their own skills, coming across positively in an interview, through to job offer or setting up a business.

At the Interview

  • Coping with nerves
  • Presenting yourself
  • Body language
  • The importance of first impressions (the first 90 seconds)
  • Answering questions from the interviewer
  • Questions to ask the interviewer

After the interview

  • The next step after the interview, or second interview
  • Receiving feedback
  • Job offer and negotiating salary
  • Staying positive
