With nearly five decades of experience in horticulture and business growth, I bring a unique blend of hands-on industry knowledge and strategic business acumen to every client engagement.

My journey began at Pershore College of Horticulture and led me through various management roles, including Sales Manager at Notcutts Nurseries. In 1995, after a transformative six-month sabbatical volunteering at a hospice in the USA, I launched my consulting practice.

My commitment to continuous learning led me to business school in my late thirties, where I earned two postgraduate qualifications and an MBA, receiving recognition as Student of the Year from the Institute of Management.

I’ve mortgaged my home to finance business ventures, successfully grown and sold multiple businesses, and helped others do the same. From scaling a high-end chocolate shop into a three-store operation to helping build and sell a successful sandwich shop business, I know first hand what it takes to grow a business profitably.
