I’m Ali, a busy professional Osteopath and Positive Psychology Health and Mindset coach.

I treat from a lovely clinic in Felixstowe and am the creator of The Best Of You coaching program amongst other things.

I’ve been in health and wellness for over 25 years helping people achieve everything from anxiety relief, weight loss to stress free, pain free lives. I’ve dealt with many things in my life including cancer and chronic illness so I know what makes you and your body function the best it can.

I coach and treat from a place of knowing and experience. My extensive experience has led me to work with people from all walks of life across all levels of health, fitness, pain and injury, so whatever your needs, I can help develop a bespoke health or treatment strategy to suit you.

Caring Homes is an independent national network of residential, nursing and dementia homes providing person-centred care. They are a family business, established in 1994 by Helena and Paul Jeffery. Everything they do is directed by the needs of the individuals they care for and their families. By caring for the whole person and their unique personality, likes and interests, they create better bonds, more stimulating communities, safer environments and better lives.

In Felixstowe, Caring Homes operates Cotman House, which enjoys wonderful views over Felixstowe Bay, offering residential and dementia care. Each bedroom has ensuite facilities and is bright and spacious.

Living at Cotman you’ll find first-class facilities with exciting activities and plenty of places to relax or entertain such as our café, hair salon, cinema and library. Their enclosed gardens and sun terrace with windproof balconies are a lovely setting to relax and take in the sea view.

Felixstowe Fitness

Felixstowe Fitness opened its doors on 12th December 2022.

To provide a friendly, quality, value for money “gym for everyone” right in the heart of Felixstowe with the aim of always being able to provide the best possible facilities, equipment and environment for our members and we’re constantly looking to find ways to improve.

We want Felixstowe Fitness to be a “gym for everyone” – Members of all ages and interests – and part of the Felixstowe and wider Community. We love it that our members respect and support each other and are invested in their gym.

Felixstowe Fitness’s cardio/fitness equipment is Life Fitness (and Concept 2 – rowers) and its strength equipment is Technogym.

Our free weights include the very best in safety cages/racks, benches, bars, dumbbells, kettlebells and much more.

With great changing facilities and showers, our new location at Studio8 allows many of our members to easily slot a gym workout into their routines.

Like us, our members believe that fitness is not just about the initial transformation but also about the amazing long term benefits of looking better, feeling better, moving better and feeling more confident – in a fitness club you really enjoy!
