We will continue to offer our full range of legal services during this time.  However, whilst we remain open for business, face to face appointments will only be available if absolutely necessary and we will require any appointments be booked in advance to ensure the new guidelines are followed. As always, the well-being of our staff, clients and all other contacts remains of the highest priority. Please be assured that we are taking all required steps to try to keep everyone safe whilst we continue to advise and assist clients. Our principal aim in that regard is to maintain seamless continuity of quality service for our clients at the levels to which they have become accustomed . Irrespective of their physical location, our solicitors remain on hand to service clients’ needs and to accept instructions in relation to new work as and when matters arise. We have various technologies available through which we can conduct virtual meetings by video link or conference call tailored to each individual client’s needs and wishes.

We are pleased to advise that all of our staff are working as normal during the current crisis and where necessary can arrange face-to-face client consultations.  As we are sure you will appreciate, all meetings have to be on an appointment-only basis and all visitors will be asked to observe our strict distancing and hygiene rules in line with Government’s guidelines.  However, if you are self-isolating, our lawyers will still be very happy to give advice over the telephone or internet.

Krystyna Smithers – Piano Teacher

I ceased offering piano lessons from home during lockdown and now that we are tier 2 don’t feel that I can recommence until the situation improves.  However, I do teach students over the internet via Zoom and Whatsapp.  Whilst I am happy to consider new pupils who have played the piano before at the present time, I am not accepting students with no experience until I can meet with them and give them a proper grounding in the basics.
